If I was to upgrade to 350/500 which hub would i need and which would i get sent??

If the upgrade / change to package means you are changing to speeds which your hub cannot process we will ensure that a replacement is sent as part of the upgrade.
If your hub has a fault which requires a replacement we can arrange an engineers visit or replacement being sent out to you too.
