What's going on with the what's app Bot, so can't get into a chat with a person.
When you select a few options it asks for account number, when you send your account number it asks if your the account holder & simultaneously asks for account number again
Then it just keeps spamming these two responses as you keep answering yes & giving your account number.
We have cancelled Virgin Media, had to do old school via a letter sent recorded delivery because I couldn't think of another way to get in touch
Calling is a waste of time as majority of the agents are Indian & I can't understand them & they can't understand me.
