Hi,
I am looking at how to get the cost for terminating my contract, is it as easy as taking your monthly payment and X that by how many months left?
Is there also anything about being able to just cancel broadband but keep TV and not be worse off?
Basically, looking to move to youfibre broadband.

Hey j1mgg1980, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
Yeah you would need to pay off the rest of the contract, the more time you have left on the more it will be etc.
If you wish to give your 30 days’ notice you can do it by just sending a WhatsApp with a description of the cancellation to 07803089684 or you can send a letter to Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA.

Hi j1mgg1980
You need broadband with VM to have a TV package/connection, so if you are cancelling broadband then your TV service will also have to be cancelled.

"cancel broadband but keep TV" unfortunately you cannot do this. A VM TV connection requires a VM broadband connection.
