What are "main services"?

I've had my price rise letter today. The letter says I currently pay £33.50 per month for "main services and not any add-ons you may have".

I only have Virgin Broadband and no other services as far as I'm aware. My direct debit is currently £51.25

Does anyone know why there's a £17.75 difference?

Isn't the £33.50 just a made up figure given as an example? Rather than being specifically related to your account.
