Website Service Availability Checker Incorrect (I have Virgin services but website says "unavailable").

I currently have Virgin Media services (Broadband Voom Gig1) at my address & have had for several months now, but the web sites availability checker still says services are unavailable here. How or who do i contact to get this changed so the web site correctly states i can get services. I'm pre-emptying any issues in the near future should i wish to change / modify current services as i have ran into this same issue before - the agent will check my address & say no you cant have our services & it doesnt go beyond that / comes to a full stop. Thanks.

    Hi Vinny_UK

Broadband Voom Gig1 is a business broadband connection. These forums are for domestic users.

Have used both the business postcode checker <here>  and the domestic postcode checker <on this page>  and if so do they both give the same result?

Hi @newapollo - yes, both of the provided post code checkers say "unavailable". It is a business broadband line - i work from home - i'll give them a call to see if i can get it sorted. Thanks.

We have VM Residential and the VMB Availability Checker shows I could order VM Business,
but from previous threads I'm not sure the opposite is true whilst the VM Business Service is live.

Agree @Alessandro - only the one service can run at any single time. I'll be ending the existing business line in the next few months so i want to make sure the fact i can get residential services is reflected @ Virgin's end so i dont run into issues when trying to get a domestic broadband service. I'll give them a call & sort. Thanks.
