Want to Cancel all my Virgin media services

SO i Was Quoted 1 price by an agent that never appeared, as this is a breach of the contract i want to cancel everything.

I am Disabled and can not get out to Post a letter so i need to send a Email to cancel

Can some one please provide me the correct email address so as i can cancel my services

There is no published e-mail address for VM, cancellations or otherwise.

The means are documented on https://www.virginmedia.com/help/leaving/ & also in the T&Cs

Royal Mail do now offer free home collections for postage purchased online, it may be useful in your circumstances.

Maybe try the online chat which, after a series of questions, can get you onto the WhatsApp chat section where you can be put through to retentions.

Also if you go online on the front page just below your bill details and package details theres an option for help and support. Click that and there is an option for Change or cancel your package. However in true Virgin style I am not sure there is actually an option to physically cancel. but may be worth looking at it,

We're sorry to hear you're wanting to cancel your services. This is something we can certainly help you with but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
