Where are you getting these two figures from?

Your contract & bills should both show the same full package price & time-limited discounts.

call up and cancel, and get a better deal.

ideally, you should have called up a month ago asking for a better deal, if not cancel and hopefully they can get you a bette one with retentions, unsure the package you got but you can check on https://bidb.uk to check what other broadband providers you got access too

that what started all this , pulling the plug when dfro out of contract . Just geeting silly retentions worked out at £106 at end of contract plus price rises. That was for m250 not required , happy when m50 !

Hi Itshim

Sorry to hear you've had an unexpectedly high bill this month. By your most recent post, I assume that you have now been able to view your itemised bills via your online account.

Were the call charges received for calling us on 0345 454 1111 or another number? Standard rates do apply when calling us on 0345 454 1111 - if you have a Virgin landline and need to get in touch, it would be best to call us on 150 as this is free to call on those.

I'm afraid that we can't help with package changes from here, but if you would like us to perform a package review for you please do get in touch on 150 if you can.

Let us know how you get on 😊

My mistake was using the only number shown on the web site ! thinking as I wanted to cancel and this was the number given. It would be the correct one. Silly me , wondered why he was taking so long normally it it is a short call he kept me hanging going a round in circles. to add to this sent a text asking what I thought for him , to answer would be a premium rate number, lucky that I have set my moblie not to text these numbers 150 just pushes the price up . sky ee and lord only kows how many others are so much cheaper . just waiting for contract to runout.
