Virgin Owes Me Money

I was hoping someone could help me get the money I'm owed from Virgin. I was supposed to receive a refund of £41.34 by sometime in March. I didn't get it so I tried live chat and was told a cheque had been sent to my old address (I moved, that's part of why I cancelled) and nobody had told me. Virgin said they'd cancel that cheque and pay it into the account they'd been taking money out of for the past 13 years and I'd have it in about 14 days. That came and went, still no refund, so I did another live chat and was told the transfer had been processed and I would get it in 2-3 days but that came and went and I still have no refund. I have a bank account transfer id given to me during a live chat. Can you please find out why I haven't had a refund yet? Thanks.
