Hi everyone,
Could I check if this is a genuine VM email address?
VirginMediaWebsales@virginmedia.co.uk
I received an email thanking me for trying to make change to my account. But I haven’t made any changes since I renewed my account a few months ago. So my spidey spam senses are tingling.

Thank you for your post! Sorry to hear you have received a concerning email address from us, but this does appear to be a genuine email address of ours.
Did you renew your account online? We're aware of a few delays with package changes being actioned when made online, so it's possible that these changes have just been delayed.
Have you had a look at the contents of the email to see if the changes made match the renewal offer you accepted?
If you're still unsure, let us know and we can look into this further for you.
