Hi,
I've come back from holiday to find that my virgin media subscription appears to have been cancelled (broadband and TV), including my whole account without my consent. Due to this, I am also unable to login to my 'My Virgin' account to raise a complaint, but money is still being taken for the service.
I've been on hold to the help number for over 30 minutes but still no answer from Virgin to resolve the issue.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?
