Vat invoice

Hi team,

I am in need of vat invoices for my account for the last 12 months and then moving onwards.

I have read over numerous questions and replies which indicate this is possible, many thanks in advance.



hi Molly, I am in the same situation as Martyn was. Please can you help me with mine as I get the bills every month to my inbox but stupidly these bills have never shown the vat and I need this for my accounts. Thanks, Rob

Thanks for coming back to me via private message with your information. 

I have set up VAT billing on the account moving forward as requested. I have also applied for all previous bills to be resent as VAT bills for you and you should receive these at some point in the next few weeks.

I would also like my VAT invoices as I was getting them for months but my contract renewed and they stopped for some reason. This happened last contract renewal too. Two phone calls later and I think they are reinstated but I am not confident. The phone operator also said they could not get them back-dated for my missing bills which I need. Please someone PM me so we can fix this.

I need two backdated bills for 15th December and 17th January and confirmation I will get VAT bills going forward.

I'm sorry to hear that you have stopped receiving your VAT receipts, I would be happy to look into this with you via a Private Message.


I will pop you a PM across now, please keep an eye out for the purple envelope in the top right corner of your screen alerting you to a new message. 

I received a single VAT invoice in the post (excluding the two missing ones that were manually triggered) after the above discussion but they seem to have stopped again. I am missing the one that should have been issued on March 1st (Bill dated mid Feb) but I typically receive these around the 10th. Has this stopped again for some reason? I need this soon as my Q1 accounts will be due at the end of the month.

For the love of God just make your online invoices VAT suitable. This is daft having to do this all the time and get paper invoices. Thankfully City Fibre are busy ripping up my street.

Normally once a VAT bill has been added they will just come in the post this sounds like it may have got lost.
