Van repeatedly blocking pavement

Photo of Virgin Media van blocking pavement making it difficult/impossible to get past with pram, forcing users into the road. Please educate your driver about safe and considerate parking as this is a daily occurrence.

Try reporting to local council, ours would ticket it and/or remove, but I’m in London where pavement parking is illegal, not the case in a large part of the rest of the country.

Thanks. This is Manchester where people can park where they like with impunity, so I’m hoping to get some action from Virgin fleet.
