How do I get it through to VM that they set up a sim for a dongle with £60 bill credit due to delayed installation, never collected the dongle & sim when they said they would despite chasing them. The dongle and sim have not been used since I got connected but I’ve still been getting charged since 2022. I’ve spoke to O2 and raised a fraud ticket and discovered that the DD was for the dongle and sim but they can’t cancel it until VM confirm that it was set up. Raised a complaint with VM to which they reply that because I have Volt, I have to speak to O2 about it, they can’t help. Meanwhile I’ve cancelled the DD so that they can’t take any more money for services not used but still getting email bills from O2 which are adding up despite them owing me for the months of DD’s they’ve taken when they shouldn’t have.
I just need VM to confirm they set it up so that it can be cancelled and O2 can reimburse me. Why is it so hard to speak to someone once and get it sorted?
