I just got an email saying VM performed 6 credit searches - HARD searches as I recently signed up to VM. My credit score plummeted because of this, I don't understand why 6 is performed!!
Does anyone know how to contact VM to remove those searches?

Sorry to hear you experienced this and that it might have affected your credit. Generally, it is stated in our Terms and Conditions that we can run a Hard Credit check where needed. You can find out more here.
