Hi, have been with VM for over twenty years but now am considering switching for the following reasons.
1. Since the primary account holder dies last year the account was transferred ( new account number ?) to me but have never been able to see any bill or package data once signed in as it still think I am still the secondary account member - phone VM in India before but they cannot sort out.
2. The house phone does not work anymore - no dial tone and engaged tone when ring from mobile. ( possible fault with box outside)
3. Router has a continual RED light on even after soft and hard reset
4. Suppose to have M200 internet access but running various speedtests max 56mbps download and on occasions the upload speed is more than the download. ( possible fault with box outside)
5. being charged for kids cartoons and Tivo rental that were original free with package
- I am an older person with some mental health issues and cannot afford to use my emergency mobile to contact the call centre, have previously tried but ran out of credit
If VM Tech Support could help with this I would be grateful.
