VAT Invoices

Why are you not showing the VAT part of our invoices. Can you email a copy of all previous invoices with a breakdown of VAT and your VAT number displayed. This seems to be a common query and you should be doing it without us having to spend 30 minutes on hold and not getting anywhere.

Hey chrispavey, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am sorry to hear this.

We do not put VAT numbers on as standard we would need to get this raised for you and then going forward you would be sent  a VAT invoice going forward.

I will send you a PM now to get this raised.
