On my old contract, I paid an extra charge and had paper VAT invoices posted to me. I changed contract in April 2024, and the extra paper invoice charge has disappeared. Please can I get VAT invoices on my new contract?

This shouldn't change if you made a upgrade or downgrade.
Have you had a new bill for the contract yet?

I have not received a paper VAT invoice for my bill dated 23rd April. Is it possible to reinstate this, or enable online download of a VAT invoice?

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
