Have tried twice on the app now and once on the webpage but still not confirming or showing anywhere

If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.
If you are on a mobile/tablet device then click on the little circle icon in the top right and then select 'Messages'.
Log into your hub with 192.168.0.1, navigate to Configuration under Network Status and in Downstream Service Flow look for the value of Max Traffic Rate. Here's mine (I'm on M600).
Max Traffic Rate 690000278 bps
