I am so fed up of virgin media!
We have awful Wi-Fi in the upstairs of our home….as a volt customer bith burning media and my o2 account state I’m entitled to up to three Wi-Fi booster pods.
finally managed a useless WhatsApp contact as you can’t get to speak to a person, they ordered the pods for me and now I have an email thanking me for upgrading my contract and jetting me know the oracle increase! I didn’t upgrade anything at no time was I told they were an add on to my existing contract!
now I can’t get hold of any one to sort it out before my next billing * date is due!
at no time was any extra charges explained to me, distrusting way to miss sell products.
please any help with a contact number? The usual ones are not connecting me to a person on all damn automated!
