Unable to switch to E billing

I have followed all the steps and can’t switch to e-billing. The steps say to go to ‘my profile’ which doesn’t exist and when I found the ‘switch to e billing’ button through the accounts page, it just took me back to the steps that don’t work!

Hey spar98, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community, I am so sorry to hear about this.

We have no manual way of taking this off for you.

However please follow these steps;

1. Register or sign into My Virgin Media.
2. Click My Profile at the top of the page.
3. Scroll down to the eBilling section and click Switch to eBilling.
4. Follow the instructions on-screen.

Once you’ve registered for eBilling, we’ll send you an email each month notifying you when your bill is ready.

Or go to this link and click the big red button which says switch to eBilling

That big red button just leads to a billing overview page with no option to change to ebilling. If you look at previous posts a Virgin team member has to sort this directly via pm, so please PM me as I'd like to switch to ebilling too.
