Hi, I’m completely unable to sign into my account. My login details are not being recognised, and my account number and birth date are also not being recognised when I try to reset. I have tried on three different devices and have cleared the caches of all of them, still not working. Prior to my attempts to log in I was in live chat, trying to get my tariff switched, so I don’t know if that has caused problems. Advice appreciated!

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
