Unable to login as registered email address is no longer valid

Hi, I have left the company that I was with when I set up my account. The email i used is no longer available to me so I cannot receive any emails that is sent to it.

I want to change the email to my personal email address. How do I do that please?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

To confirm, if you wish to change the email address that you have give another company to send you emails. You would need to contact them and provide them with a new email address.

I apologise, I will try to be more clear. The problem is this: I cannot log on to my virgin media account to do anything. This is because the email or password is incorrect. I cannot change the password because if I try to, it sends a confirmation email to an email address that is no longer active. So I need to change the email address that virgin media have for me. How do I do that please.
