Hello
I've tried to change the bank in which my direct debit is taken from but when I try to do this I get 'oops something went wrong' so I'm unable to do this online. Does this mean that I have to phone up to get this done?
Please can you assist.

Thanks for taking the time to post on the forums in regards to updating your payment details, we appreciate you letting us know.
Can you confirm if these are the Direct Debit details for Virgin Media services? If so, we're happy to help. If this is for mobile services, these will have been migrated to O2 last year and to update these you would need to contact them using any of the methods here.
