Two price rises since March

Hi guys anybody had two prices since March and the next one arrives in July .Price has gone from 72.75 to 79.15 and the final is 86.03.

also a strange comment on my bill stating I have requested TNT sports to be added with no cost.

As my contract ends in July could this some sort of charge.

Given that your minimum-term ends in July, it's quite likely you have some time-limited discounts that expire at the same time. The June bill will therefore cover some of this period, during which you are now paying the full-price for your package.

If you check your previous bills and your contract, it will list the full, undiscounted price and itemise the amount of discounts you've been getting.

We're sorry to hear your bills are increasing. We only implement one price rise a year and this is from April. Any further increases would be as a result of a discount expiring on your account, as mentioned by japitts. 

As you've mentioned that your minimum term ends in July, now would be the best time for a package review to be done. This will allow us to see if there are any discounts available to allow you to recontract and continue your services at a lower price. 

In terms of the TNT Sports comment, this is because it is no longer included in any bundles and needs to be added on. As we no longer offer the Maxit package, a discount would have been added to offset the cost of it.
