My virgin tv amd broadband services have beem restricted 2 times before the due date and again today on the due date. Virgin are meant to have restored my services but my tv is still restricted. Cannot even use the tv go app. All advisors keep saying is, there are no restriction, turn box off and on etc. but the bar clearly hasnt lifted properly due to my tv still thinking its restricted. Every time ive been told to wait 3 hours. All day long ive been told this. One even said they needed to send an engineer. Whats going on with vigin. Restrcting me before my due date once was riducolous, but atleast they got it straight back on. This time im still waiting now. The advisor that was meant to have lifted it did not like me because he was trying to force me to make a payment and i explained to him its not even over due its due today and this is the third time, and his collegues told him i am correct he said he would have to lift the restriction. I have a theory he has done something to make keep the tv restriction on as i always comes on all together and when ive run a test it says smart card not detected. So i think hes either deactivated my smart card or took restriction off an old box . For the record, i cancelled my virgin a few weeks bad due to the extremely terrible service, and i mean genuinly bad. They then called me back with a good deal and said my account would be brought back to zero as they had generated term fees. So the bill that was due today, is an amount that should have been creditted by them, but im choosing to just pay it because i know it would be a lot more painful to try chase it up. And they have restricted me 3 times because of this, before my bills are even due. The next bill i am meant to pay is on the 15th next month technically. But im going to be paying it just because i would rather not go throught the stress of trying to explplain to 100's of advisors. And now after agreeing a new deal and to stay, im greated with this.
