Trying to cancel an add-on - Impossible to get in contact via chat-bot

Reading that I should be able to remove an add-on from my account, which somehow seems to have been added without my knowledge. (Kids TV - my kids long gone!)

Every time I try the link, I get an error message which points me to the chatbot.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Any advice?
