Trying to cancel an add-on - Impossible to get in contact via chat-bot

Reading that I should be able to remove an add-on from my account, which somehow seems to have been added without my knowledge. (Kids TV - my kids long gone!) Every time I try the link, I get an err...

Hi Lee and Gareth, I'm not sure why I'm not receiving any response from Virgin Media. I think waiting 8 days since the last apology is extreme. Please could someone answer my question.
