Hi,
A while ago I was receiving Virgin Media emails to my Gmail account but now they've stopped. I have been trying to log into my VM account for some time now and every time I do I get the message "Your email or password was incorrect. Please try again or go back to change your email". The email is correct and I've tried multiple times with no success to the point I used the forgotten password option but I never received any password reset emails.
I've tried using Firefox and Google Chrome, but I'm receiving emails to my Gmail account from other places just not VM.

First thing we need to know is are you still an existing paying VM customer? VM have recently been purging mailboxes of non paying customers.

Yes, Sir, I'm a loyal VM customer who's been with them for years. My last email from VM was in November 2024, a "We would still love to hear your thoughts" email.

Have you setup the now required third party email address for using MVM/Webmail. Also created a new four word password for access via apps, e.g. Outlook, phone app etc. ?

Thanks for the replies Adduxi. Sorry, I might have posted this on the wrong topic.
I cannot access My VM account, not my VM Email account. I use my gmail.com email address to sign in to My VM account. I'm not receiving emails from My VM account and am unable to reset the password.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with logging into your online account. You have stated that you're not getting emails but you don't have a problem with emails. Are you having issues with your online Virgin Media account or your email account?

I'm having trouble logging into My Virgin Media Account which I use a Gmail.com email address to log in. I don't have a Virgin Media email account. I cannot reset my password for My Virgin Media account because I'm not receiving emails from Virgin Media to my Gmail email account (my Gmail is active and works).
