First of all - often in India on tech business. Love India and Indians - hate Virgin Media !! Signed up to Virgin Broadband over a year ago via face to face at my house. A year later when I get a withheld call in an Indian accent so bad telling me my deal is over I assume it’s a scam. Eventually sort it when massive bill comes in - tho it was a huge mission and took hours. Next up, I’ve built a two storey extension - no signal in there. Been at it almost two months and can’t purchase boosters. Final insult is the device test tells me that 22MBPS download and 1MBPA upload is a FAIR signal and offers me no way of ordering a booster. What is this ? 1994 ?? HATE Virgin Media. Digital CX is moronic and goes in circles, Indian call centre staff patronising and rude
