The 100,000th person to ask this I'm sure, but I've been charged £1.75 for a paper bill I never asked for, my account is set to receive eBills, and I would rather not be charged this again?
Is there another hidden setting somewhere, because the path I can find from Virgin Media help either doesn't exist or takes me to the option that pretty clearly has eBills selected.

I reckon Virgin Media is using a legacy Fujitsu billing system that was rejected by Post Office Ltd for not being robust enough.
The VM forum team will sort it out for you in a day or two.
