Hi,
Does anybody else run into issues online when upgrading their TV package? I also get an Oops message on the actual TV so I can’t upgrade my subscriptions.
I managed to upgrade via the website, to Mega TV and it told me my channels would upgrade in 7-10 days. In this modern world, that seems like a long time.
Sat waiting for the new channels appear, very strange. I have an email with an order number etc so it’s legit, but seems like nothing has happened…or will happen.

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your package upgrade, any package upgrade done online can take that long to be completed. When did you upgrade your TV package, how long has it been?
