TV 360 Upgrade

Hello,

Yesterday I requested the free upgrade to TV 360 via my TIVO box, for which I received a confirmation e-mail this morning. However, it also stated that that as of October my new monthly charge would £109.33 up from £106.00. Can someone explain why there is an increase in cost when it is supposed to be a free upgrade ?

TV 360 upgrades have no increased cost on either monthly bill/delivery/activation costs.

Does it indicate on your bills that you have a discount coming to an end any time soon?

Hi Daniel,

No, my current 18 month contract ends on the 19 December. The increase from £106 p/m to £109.33 is due to start in October and was purely triggered by my requested upgrade to TV 360.
