TNT sports removed when upgrading to Sky Sports HD

I've just upgraded to Sky Sports HD noticed they've removed TNT sports. Can I get this reversed? Customer service have been appalling at getting answers, they've tried to assure me that TNT is included in the upgrade which it clearly isn't.

Good advice, I've just screen shot my latest bill and contract, which both say TNT Sports included.

Not the Ofcom reporting form, that's controlled by Ofcom, not VM. VM have taken the TNT Sports re-instatement form down which is odd, because it's not been up for customers that long. I can only assume it reached their deadline date.

If you're on the Maxit package, on your dashboard it will advertise TNT sports as part of your package.
You should document this before VM push a quiet change out to the wording removing that and claiming it wasn't there all along...

Unfortunately, buried deeply in VM's T&C's they stipulate that they can change channels at any time (not exact wording) and they give 30 days notice (I haven't checked this out to see if the latter 30 days notice period has changed). It was a similar situation when they took the UKTV channels off the platform a few years ago holding UKTV/BBC to ransom for a cheap price for VM (but no cheaper for customers) and demanding of extra on demand content. VM lost the argument as they lost customers who were fuming and they back tracked and paid up for a new carriage deal with UKTV/BBC.

People used their exit clause when it came to a price increase that year (yes, the days of penalty free exit clause now just a memory) or if out of contract just gave notice and went to Sky directly instead. There was nothing that could be done other than defund VM and go to a competitor as the T&C's were written in way that suited VM and not the actual contract the customer thought they was getting in terms of subscribing to a TV package for specific channels carried. If the channel closes down, fair enough, there isn't a lot VM can do, other than get new ones to replace or review cost if a number of channels closing down. Where the channel still exists however, customer resentment happens if it' suddenly taken away but offered at extra cost (£18/month in this case) when customer already had it as part of their agreed (contractual) terms in their eyes (but T&C's say different).....

Hey Highway,  thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this, are you having issues with this also?
