TNT sport’s disappeared

Hey VM,

I have seem to have lost access to TNT sports, I am still on the Maxit tv package so would appreciate it if it could be reinstated.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐

We're sorry to hear you've lost access to the TNT Sports channels. This is the result due to changes being made as TNT Sports is no longer included in any of our bundles and is now exclusively an add on.

We have sent an email out to customers who still have TNT on a Maxit package asking them if they would like to continue to receive the channels. The email will include a link to a digital page where you'll be able to submit a request to keep the channels. Please double check you've received this email from us in your inbox or junk mail. If so, fill out the form included and this will enable us to re-add the channels for you. 

If you have any further issues, or are unable to locate the email, pop back and let us know.

Thanks for the reply, I haven’t been able to locate the email, would it be possible to resend it or reactivate TNT via an alternative method?

Thanks for coming back to us in the Community. We're not able to resend the email however we can check things further for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
