TNT removed without any notification

Seems like this has happened to lots of people. I had the most expensive maxxit package, which I was perfectly happy with and planning to renew. Then Virgin got rid of TNT sport from it without warning (and I checked back through all my emails to make sure there was no notification about this), while still charging me full price. I tried to ring up and they said since they were no longer allowed to offer it as part of my package, they could only offer it as a paid add-on (then tried to offer me an absolutely terrible deal where I'd "only" pay something like £8 extra per month for the first 3 months, of something I'm already paying for!). 

Generally I've been happy with the package, but I will cancel when my term is up in Feb if this is not fixed (and complain to the relevant regulatory body before that). One of the main reasons I went with the package in the first place was to be able to watch BT (now TNT) and Sky Sports, so finding this very irritating. Please resolve.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the email you're facing. 😢
We did send out notification to all our customers regarding the removal of TNT Sports from Maxit as the new bundle is Mega TV.

But I'll look in to this for you and assist you on this to see what's gone on.
