TNT Sports removed after upgrade adding Sky Sports

Yesterday I added Sky Sports to my package and today I received an email confirming the upgrade and TNT Sports removed. I didn't request TNT Sports to be removed and was simply adding Sky Sport to my existing package.

Why has TNT Sports been removed????

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear that adding Sky Sports has meant that TNT Sports has been removed. As TNT Sports is no longer included in any of our packages, for those on a Maxit package, we've added this on and credited the monthly amount however any changes made to your service would mean that the credit is removed. Due to this, when changing your package through My VM or adding through your set top box, as we're unable to tell you of the price increase for TNT Sports, it gets removed. 

We can certainly take a look to see what the cost would be for Sky Sports and TNT Sports but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
