TNT Sports removed after Skysports offer add on

Hi, 

I added skysports as an offer appeared in my account section. I added this package but without my permission tnt sports was subsequently removed. I've went round in circles in the chat with someone trying to explain at no point did I agree to this but they keep offering me other packages at alot more a month. Has anyone had the same issue or can help? Thanks
