Despite having viewed TNT Sports in the last six months and having it included in my package, I'm being told I need to subscribe when I try to view any of the channels.
Any help appreciated.

Hey Modsrule1976, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
Have you done any renewal or changes to the account lately?
TNT sports is no longer included in any packages, only as an add one so if any changes have been made this will be why.

Hi Matt thanks for coming back to me, when I look at my package TNT shows under Maxit and isn't available as an add on.
I did renew recently but went for a "same as your current package" option. There was no mention of removing TNT.
Please advise how I get it readded.

That is your current what it was before you upgraded.
TNT is now an add on, we don't include it with the packages since last summer.
Any upgrades or renewal would result in loosing TNT sports.
If you check the paperwork you got once you upgraded / chosen what you wanted it will state what is in the package.

To complete the thread, this was because TNT had not been activated following my renewal. Anyone else in this situation should check it's been activated.
