I just sent 4 pics, all less than 1MB in size, to my energy supplier.
Now I can't log into mail, and the messages say my account might be locked, and that I should try to change my password as it may be compromised:
However, when I try to do that, I get:
Oops, we've ran into a problem.
Wait a minute and try again. If this doesn't work, please come back later. (Code: DEF01)
Any ideas? Who knew that sending a mail to an energy supplier could be so damaging?! 😉
Thanks

I don't think it's just you, I've had the same message. I reckon their email servers have gone down.

Ah, possibly. Just seemed a coincidence as this is a secondary email account which I don't use that much, and I sent several attachments via Thunderbird, so just assumed that it had caused issues. My mail @ntlworld mailbox seems fine, as does another secondary @virginmedia.com one, so I'm not convinced!

It's still broken .... 😞

My mailbox is still unavailable, and it's playing havoc with third-party authentication on my online banking 😞
A lovely forum moderator was helping me out yesterday but he doesn't seem to be around today.
Has anyone any suggestions please?
Thanks
