I recently endured a 3 hour "chat" to have our broadband and stream service moved to a new address.
As part of our package we had the Stream service free of charge. I have now been sent an email stating the Stream service will now be cancelled and that you are sorry to see me go!
At no stage during the move "chat" did I ask to cancel this. Please advise. thanks.

Sorry to learn about the stream box not being moved over to your new property.
Moving home is very stressful at the best of times and I can imagine this is not helping.
I'd like to take a look into this for you.
