Hi
Hoping someone can help. Signed up for broadband and Stream in Nov 23. Took out the Sky Sports and Cinema offers which I believed to be for 18 months and nothing in the small print indicating otherwise.
These have disappeared with no notification this month and no one in billing, customer services, retention or sales seem to have any answers.
Would like to resolve this whilst other deals are available for the coming season.
Any ideas?

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear there seems to have been an issue with some of the add-ons in your contract. That does sound strange.
