Hello, a few days ago I placed an order and received both the pre-contract and order summary, this includes the date for the delivery of kit. That date has since passed and I haven’t received the kit or any emails since the order summary, and there are no emails in my junk either.

I’m just wondering if anyone could help and give insight for this, thank you.

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

(It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)
