Started a new contract in November - Was told to contact again when price rise happens

I was told "...once you receive a notification about the price rise contact us again so that we can do something about that"

The price rise isn't much, especially compared to 50% rise last time! But has anyone done this and been successful. Perhaps getting a better deal?

The only way you'll get an improved deal is likely to be re-contracting with a fresh minimum term.

Mid-term price rises are now baked into VM contracts, so I suspect the comment of "doing something about that" may have been motivated by getting you off the phone.

Good evening @ajo

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

The team can always do package reviews certainly but depending on the current discounts already applied, this maybe the best offer.

Please either;

Check the online account - virg.in/myVM

Or call us on 150 / 0345 454 1111, or message via Whatsapp on +447305 327 112.

They'll be happy to do a review for you 🙂

The WhatsApp/online chat is pretty bad. Cant get anywhere with it. Going in circles. Keep on directing me to web chat even though I say no, then say can we confirm you are canceling all services, which is not what I asked or even mentioned at all. Giving up now.
