Special offer

Tuning in

Received an e mail that as my contract was nearly up (July 2024) there is a special offer to re contract for 18 months at a ‘special’ price. Checked it out and as it was 20% more expensive than current package, and did not include TNT sports, decided not to take up the offer, Next thing I know I received new pre contract documents via e mail?

Good morning @scratchy76

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

Receiving pre-contract documents is fine as that's the process before the order is placed. If you've not consented to the order, it will simply not go through so don't worry :).
