I'm leaving this weekend and they just called me to say that they can't guarantee at what time on Sunday my connection will go down as it automated. They said if it goes down and I still need it I can ring up and they can reconnect me, but as its a bank holiday it will probably take ages to get through.

They asked me if I wanted to extend my contract until Tuesday free of charge. Didn't try to up sell me or anything.

Thought that was pretty good of them especially as I'm leaving.
