Signed new contract but being overcharged

Hi. 

I signed a new contract at the beginning of August. Should only be charged £74 a month. I'm being charged £92. I can't seem to actually get hold of anyone. Everything is automated.. The WhatsApp chat doesn't reply.

Any other way of contacting them. Getting sick an tired of virgin.

You could try calling Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select the leaving option which should put you through to retentions.

The other option is wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be a day or 2.
