Hi there since upgrading to hub 5 I have sent my old hub 3 back on the 29/12/23 and have the receipt and tracking number to prove it, yet I keep receiving emails saying you’re awaiting the return. If a virgin media member could contact me to resolve this please that would be great thank you.
