I need information on where I can find my security password. I am logged into Virgin Mobile and trying to get help on the chat but I need the 3, 5 and 8 letter/digit security password to even help me. This is ridiculous because I am already logged in. The person on the chat says that this password must be in the welcome email. It is not there. He sends me the latest bill and says it is there. Of course it is not there either. I try to call and of course without this password they are not willing to help at all. Where the hell is this password

You've posted in the Chatter section which isn't usually visited by Forum Staff as it's for non VM related chat.
The security password is actually the memorable word that would have been set up when you opened the account, and not the password that you use to sign into your account. It usually takes the form of mothers maiden name, place of birth, favourite pet etc
You should be able to update the memorable word by logging into My Virgin Media and clicking on Account Settings > My Virgin Media Account Details > scroll down to Telephone Security Details (memorable word) > and then click on Edit. You should then be sent an email to your contact email address to confirm it's you before the account is updated.
VM Staff should be able to ask you other verification questions instead of the memorable word. Those questions are usually account related such as account and area number, payment date, email address, amount of last or next bill, bank sort code, so if possible have your details to hand by signing into My Virgin Media.
In the meantime if you say what you need help with (apart from that password) we may be able to help here, or move your thread to the relevant forum so it can be picked up by forum staff.
