Have virgin scammed me

My context is up in June so I contacted virgin to see what they could offer which I thought was too dear however they offered me a discount of £2 per month for the months of May And June and me like a fool accepted it.

Instead of my May bill being reduced by £2 it actually rose by £5.16, what a way to run a company

I will be phoning them on the 1st of June to cancel my services
