Returned equipment
We left Virgin due to not being given anywhere near a decent discount after the contract finished, plus sometimes we could never watch a film more than 10 mins before the connection went down. Anyway we returned the equipment over a month ago to the O2 shop. Now they keep requesting by email and text we must return the equipment we booked in to the O2 shop last month, so what to do? Any ideas?
